Delivery and Shipping
We know how frustrating it can be to have to wait for delivery of furniture for your home or business.
That’s why we aim to deliver all orders to EU mainland addresses within a week unless specifically stated on the individual product page (This excludes special orders).
If you require the furniture sooner, before a specific time in the day or on a Saturday please contact us as we may be able to meet your needs, this may be subject to additional delivery fee which is dependent upon the service and product you require.
Orders to UK Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland might take a day or two longer, and orders to the E.U. usually take up to two weeks.
Important Delivery Information
Most orders will be delivered between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Please supply a telephone number at the check out to pass onto the carriers
Items can only be sent to the card Holders address. If you require items to be sent to a different address please contact us and we can arrange for you to pay by cheque (5 working days to clear) or bank transfer (3 working days to clear).
Metro Furniture values your security . To safeguard this, a signature is required to acknowledge receipt of the goods.

Delivery Charges
To check how much delivery of your item/items will be,
- Go to the product page you require,
- Enter the number of items of that product you require in the QTY box
- Enter your UK postcode in the box below “get a shipping quote”
- Click “calculate”
- Delivery will be displayed below the calculate box
Customs & Taxes
Please note that it is your responsibility to pay any customs taxes incurred on arrival of your goods into your country. Metro Furniture is not responsible for these or related charges.
